I am currently developing a yoga course for women who have suffered a miscarriage. Having experienced this loss myself, I know first-hand what this does to a woman but also how yoga can help us through this difficult time. If you are interested in learning more about this, please contact me.
Lunch-time program at Lord-Aylmer Elementary School (Junior & Senior Campus).
We usually do one session in the Fall, one after Christmas and one in the Spring. If your kid goes to Lord-Aylmer Elementary, watch for the flyer to come home and sign up right away as classes fill up fast.
I am offering private classes for kids and adults. Sometimes a kid needs more customized one on one attention. Classes can take place in my home or at your place.

Have your little one enjoy a fun-filled yoga birthday party. Give me your theme and I will create a personalized yoga adventure. Ages 5 to 99. I can teach groups up to 15 kids. A class usually lasts about an hour. A craft will be included in the class.
